Siku ya mwisho ya mafunzo ya mtandao

Nashukuru mafunzo haya ya siku tano yameniwezesha kufungua blog na ninaamini kwa kuendelea na mazoezi ya mara kwa mara nitaweza buboresha blog yangu na kuwavutia zaidi wasomaji wangu.

Pia mafunzo haya yameniwezesha kufahamu njia mbalimbali za kupata taarifa kupitia google.

Environment Conservation

Due to the high environment destruction in the world the Green Belt Movement (GBM) has planned to conserve the environment through different ways including campaigning on the planting of the trees(Billion Tree Campaign).

Green Belt Movement which is an International non profit organization is working on mobilizing the community on self-determination which can lead them on conserving the environment

According to their website the main goals of GBM is to advocate on human rights, protecting open green space, and supporting peaceful democratic change which will enable reaching the goals of conserving the worlds environment.

Day three of the training

The third day of the training was good because the participants got the chance to learn on how they can link their blogs to friend’s blogs

Participants continue with the exercise of searching different information concerning people and places through internet.

We browse different website such as Aljazeera, BBC, CNN, The Monitor, Daily Nation, Wikipedia ,Daily News Tanzania and other news websites.

Will inform you about the two remain days of the training.

Day two of the training

At the 2nd day of our training we have learn more on how we can update our blogs, how we can make changes in the blog and searching for the different newspapers through internet.

As a journalist everyday I have to visit some websites where I get local and International news.

Most website which I read and I trust it in giving me the true information which I need is the website owned by Tanzania Standard Newspapers (TSN) the publisher of Daily News and Habari leo.

Other websites which I visit are The East African, IPP Media, Mwananchi, Tanzania Daima, Majira, The Monitor, and Daily Nation. statistics

Hi Friends!!!!

Hi friends, lets praise the lord we have met again in this special platform, as I told u am attending the Internet training in Arusha, here I want to tell you what was good and what was boring at the first day of the training.

We started the class at 8.30 am whereby Mr Peik Johansson from Finland taught us how to search for the maps and direction of different places in the world through internet (Google map).

He also taught us how to make a flight and train booking trough internet, the last topic at the first day was so excited and it has made me to have this chance of communicating with you, that’s is creating a blog.

The only thing which is boring in the training is the absence of the timetable, because we are learning without knowing what is next.

Waooo!! keep in touch i will be informing you what is going on here.

Hi everybody, this is Amina Juma,a journalist by professional, at present am working with Daily News as a correspondent in Kilimanjaro Region.

I will be in Arusha for five days starting from 15th to 19th November 2010 attending the Internet Training organized by MISA-TAN.
